Joe Karoly launched Monarch Construction in 1992. As a college graduate with multiple degrees in Art, English, and Business, Joe pursued a traditional corporate experience upon graduation. It was his love of construction and motivation to excel that inspired him to strike out on his own after several years. Much of what he learned while working for others, he applies to Monarch Construction today. It's why Joe surrounds himself with only the best tradesmen in the industry yet still remains personally involved in every job. As the owner, Joe Karoly considers this both his responsibility and his privilege. |
